Base $110k-$150k + 16 -- 24% bonus
For Int'l Pharma Market Research Firm -- Blue Bell, PA
Reports into VP of Analytical Services
Must be US Citizen, PR, Green Card or TN Visa Holder

SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting health sales, marketing and retail groups by utilizing informational research through program evaluation and ad hoc analyses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage & conduct controlled store testing to evaluate health programs using test versus control methodology for both Retail and Sales organizations.
• Manage & conduct SAS ad hoc analyses using prescription data and patient level data in support of Sales and Retail initiatives.
• Suggest revisions/improvements to the controlled store/patient tests methodologies.
• Counsel sales/retail organization as to appropriate sales strategies and tactics using information and research findings.
• Present research design and findings to manufacturer and retail clients.
• Design and test retail evaluation programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  EDUCATION:

MBA or Masters Degree in a Quantitative Field (statistics, marketing research, or management sciences)

5+ years directly related experience

Strong client facing experience

• Pharmaceutical industry experience a big plus
• Data analysis/data mining experience a must
• Market research experience a must
• Advanced analytical skills required
• 5+ years experience with the SAS language
• 3+ years experience with data access tools/knowledge (Windows, Unix, and access tools like Brio)
