| Job Description: |
- To improve the overall effectiveness of outreach efforts to enroll low
income individuals in Medicare Health Plans and other government benefit
programs they are eligible to receive
- Individual will be responsible for modeling and segmentation tasks
related to response and eligibility scores of specific health plan and
benefit programs
- Oversee the purchasing, manipulation and maintenance of lists using a
wide range of data sources
- Conduct list targeting activities to hone in on specific populations
- Work closely with program managers to match targeting and execution
- Collaborate with project specific team members to implement proper
qualitative research strategies

| Experience: |
- Working with a wide range of data sources including health care related
data, demographic and credit data
- Extensive targeting experience including building response models,
using logistic regression or other appropriate techniques
- Prior experience in information-rich industries such as health care
sector or credit card sector a plus
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience presenting complex analysis results to internal senior
management as well as external clients
- Knowledge of direct mail marketing and/or current senior health issues
a plus

| Skills: |
- Highly quantitative background with graduate level statistical
expertise
- A Masters in statistics or a related quantitative field desired
- 5 + years professional predictive modeling experience
- Business world mind set preferred over careful academic approach
- Highly skilled SAS user
- Excited by fast-pace, rapidly changing dynamic environment
- Independent self-starter, exceptional verbal and writing skills, and
the ability to handle multiple projects
- Program Tracking/Reporting tool experience
- Strong SAS skills; proficient in BASE/SAS, SAS/STAT, SAS/MACRO,
SAS/CONNECT, SAS/GRAPH
- Solid knowledge of underlying statistical theory and the application of
multivariate statistical modeling techniques.
