Candidate should have experience developing detailed programming specifications for coding by a SAS programmer. Able to translate business needs into concise directions for coding. Prefer background in banking or financial institution, credit card experience a plus. Scope of Work: Development of list specifications through interaction with the Marketing team. Converting business needs into detailed programming requirements specifications.
