Position Title: Manager of Revenue Forecasting and Analysis

Location: Wilmington, DE

Position Summary: Manage the monthly build of the Revenue and Portfolio Statistics forecast utilized by all forecasting department including Budgeting, Loss Forecasting, Segment Forecasting, and Corporate Forecasting. This individual will work with the Director of Revenue Forecasting to coordinate the consolidation of key inputs and assumptions, analyze trends, forecast all key profit metrics, and interpret and present results. The Manager of Revenue Forecasting will work closely with all departments including Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Credit, and Reporting to develop a detailed bottom's-up forecast of all revenue items and account metrics on a vintage level basis by market segment. Ensuring consistent and accurate forecasts and clear communication are top priorities.

Essential Functions:
  • Forecasting - manage the development of models, analysis, and reporting to forecast Revenues and Portfolio Statistics. This requires a continuous-improvement mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude,
  • Monitoring and Reporting - monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, trend analysis, and rate/volume analysis.
  • Variance Analysis - explain variances between actuals and forecasts or prior forecast and current forecast to senior managers.
  • Business Insight - Through analytical review and coordination with Marketing Analytics and Credit, provide business insight into trend and forecast variances, reporting results to Senior Management.
  • Post-Model Adjustments - aid in identifying and communicating high level adjustments needed to the monthly bank forecast.
  • Technical Enhancement - contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the current forecast process on both a strategic and tactical level.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in a quantitative or Business discipline preferred
  • 2 - 3 years of credit card analytical experience or employment in a financial services environment
  • Experience with Forecasting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, quantitative, and organizational skills are required
  • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications required
  • Strong technical skills preferred (SAS/SQL experience)

Position Title: Manager of NCL Forecasting

Location: Wilmington, DE

Position Summary: The Position will provide all reporting, analytics and forecasting for Losses, Reserve, and Delinquencies for Portfolio. The role includes calculating Reserves, Capital Positions, NCL, Delinquencies and Forecasting for all necessary metrics required by Management. This position is crucial in managing the sensitivities of all Loss metrics and bringing opportunity to company through data analysis. In addition, the candidate will provide reporting to Senior Management on various Loss Metrics including daily, monthly, and annual positions including all ad-hoc requests/reporting, as necessary.

Essential Functions:
  • Data mine all information necessary to report essential loss metrics.
  • Forecast, calculate and report NCL, Delinquency and Capital positions Management.
  • Forecast, calculate and report Reserve positions to Management.
  • Develop and produce a monthly reporting/analysis package to communicate results to the business.
  • Develop and perform all sensitivity analysis to produce value/opportunity.

Knowledge, Skills, Education,
Experience, And Competencies:
  • 5+ years of accounting, forecasting and analytic experience in credit cards
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point Word
  • Proficient in SAS
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree preferred

Position Title: Manager - Marketing Analysis

Location: Wilmington, DE

Position Summary: This position will work directly with the marketing team on analysis related to campaigns. Specific roles include base P&L forecast development, new product development, test analysis and targeting and segmentation analysis. The position will be primarily responsible for driving the accuracy, transparency and speed at which we can perform financial analysis for marketing decisions. The analyst will manage the relationship and prioritization of the analysis across various applications; Targeting, financial forecast, and product/list testing.

Responsibilities:
  • Base Case P&L Development: Quarterly updates of all base case P&Ls, allowing for transparency of results to the P&L owners as well as improving the speed and accuracy at which they are produced
  • New Product Development: Either for the purpose of revamping an existing product or for better targeting with a current base, working with the Segment Managers to enhance our value propositions for open market campaigns
  • Segmentation: The creation of relevant segmentation methodologies to maximize both acquisitions and portfolio opportunities
  • Assumption Management: Ensuring that all financial and forecast assumptions that flow into the targeting and forecasting processes are accurate and up to date.
  • Impact Analysis: Alongside all recommendations, a thorough understanding of the full business financial impact and understanding month to month changes in the Partnership business forecast

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 4 years of experience with analytics in Bank Cards or 5 or greater years of experience with analytics in Bank Cards
  • Basic understanding of credit card P&L
  • Proficient in SAS, Excel, Powerpoint;
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills
  • Solid understanding of marketing concepts and the ability to apply them to the complex factors which shape the industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A results-oriented person
