Position Title:	Senior Analyst
Location:	Wilmington, DE
Reports To:	Decision Management Group Lead
Position Summary:	The Decision Management Senior Analyst is responsible for producing a wide variety of MIS supporting the ECM Marketing group, both at a recurring basis and an ad hoc basis. Ideal candidate is one who is motivated to create streamlined, automated processes to serve ECM Marketing needs.
Essential Functions:	Be very familiar with data tables and fields stored on data warehouses. Be able to design efficient queries to get at the most accurate data and produce flexible, easy to read MIS for the ECM Marketing group. Respond to ECM Marketing needs in a timely fashion.
Other Responsibilities:	Optimize and automate existing queries as needed. Reconcile data to actual results – report discrepancies where found (data integrity). Assist in any data related projects. Make sure Marketing’s needs are addressed.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:	Minimum 2 years SAS programming experience Knowledge of SQL required Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel & Access required. Excellent communication skills Bachelors degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science or related field preferred.
